* Conference Registration *

To register for ECONOS 2025,

1) log in to your Sciencesconf personal account > My Space > My registration and fill the registration form

2) please proceed to payment by choosing one of the following options :

• Online payment by bank card
• Payment by bank transfer :
  
  • download ONERA bank details
  • indicate in the reference of the transfer the following label : "ECONOS 2025 LastName FirstName"

Important: your registration will only be final upon receipt of your payment.

In the table below, you find the costs for the conference which includes:

• Participation in the scientific part (talks and posters)
• Welcome reception on Sunday 27/04/2025
• Lunch on Monday (28/04/2025), Tuesday (29/04/2025), and Wednesday (30/04/2025)
• Coffee/tea breaks
• Food during the conference dinner on Tuesday (29/04/2025)

Note that the deadlines in the above table are for the payment received; just registration is not enough.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received by 31/01/2025 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 75% of the conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received from 01/02/2025 until 15/03/2025 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 50% of the conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received after 15/03/2025 (11:59 pm CET) or no-shows will receive no refund of the conference fee.

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the local conference chairs
